About us...
The Chinese Crested Dog Rescue Service has been operational since 1995.
Every year there is a steady increase in the dogs needing our help - and we now assist over 250 Cresteds a year. We also put into permanent foster care those dogs that are either too old or too ill to be re-homed.
The Service is funded entirely by donation.
There is no fixed minimum donation for adopting a dog, our priority has always been getting the very best home for each individual dog. We are at this time seeking charitable status.
Funds are always needed to ensure that we can continue to provide the level of care these dogs deserve, and maintain the Services neutering policy. We also raise funds at dog shows by having a stand of donated goods.
We would welcome any assistance to help raise funds for the Service as sadly there is a growing number of this unique and charming breed needing help.
Foster homes are also required in all areas.
Any assistance with transportation, funding and fostering would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks to those of you who are already helping.

First of all, a MASSIVE thankyou from the Whitfield/Miller family, for allowing us to give a forever home to Spring & Raggey.
Just to let you know, they are settling in fantastic! Both love to be cuddled, and spring likes to be carried from the kitchen to the lounge? (for some strange reason!! :) it must be the princess in her!!) Raggey 'spins' when its walkies time, he gets himself really excited, its so funny. Both are ok on the leads, they dont pull as such, i think its more of a contest to see who's 'lead dog'! We'e found that Raggey seems to be a grumpy pants when he's tired out, nothing major, he just has a bit of a grumble! (typical man!!) We've had no 'accidents', both stand by the back door when they need some 'garden time', they're keeping us right!
Again Iryna, Thankyou so much, and a big lick from Raggy & Spring!! :) x
p.s. I've added some photos of their first couple of days with us.
We are now over most of our grief and are able to offer a home to another hairless. Please get in touch, our phone number is the same, or via email suebutler123@ntlworld.com.
thanks again
wendy
